She drew a spiral on his arm.
He drew a black sharpie dot on hers.
He left a wet coffee ring on the page.
She left a wet tea bag stain beside it.
She drew a picture saying he had googly eyes.
He drew a picture of a sword.
He emptied his frustrations,
While she aligned a forest of colored pencils and crayons on the coffee table.

Temple of Dada

The Ocean.

The Wilderness.

A conversation. Paraphrased. A lot.
Between Rebecca Siahaan (the ocean) and Ashley Gustafson (the wilderness)

"Our apartment is dada."  "Ha ha! What?!"  "Yes, dada! How else can you come up with an explanation for the objects of our lives?" "Everything in this apartment is connected to a story.  These things have a specific function in both of our lives.  They define us. Reflect who we are. Just so happens our lives are so crazy and unpredictable that we snugly were misplaced and collided into the category of Dada." "or Fluxus.  More so Fluxus.... How can we describe our lives so "they" understand?" "You can't describe it, that's why it's dada!" "They can take our word for it. We are priestess' of dada."  "Thus the reason why the "write something about yourself" box on your face book says "Adventures in Wonderland!" Because that's what life is.  Special note  Spee-Dee delivery opening your crates, the screw driver falling out of the sky.  Stories, our lives are dadist/fluxist stories!"
